The BIODENE cartridge is a perfect combination of a PVDF membrane with enhanced hydrophilic properties and polypropylene construction materials with high mechanical strength.

The Biodene filter element has been designed to meet the most demanding quality and safety standards of the wine and beverage industries. This filter element ensures micro-biological stability while eliminating all undesirable contaminants during bottling and preserving the original colour, taste and odour of the filtered product.
Biodene offers excellent resistance to heat sterilisation, improved chemical compatibility and enhanced mechanical strength. Its improved regeneration during the filtration of carbonated and sweet beverages contributes to an increase in its service life and a reduction in costs, especially when treating fluids with a heavy colloidal load.
Common applications for this cartridge are soft drinks, wine, cider and raw beer. Manufactured in a controlled environment, the integrity of all filter elements is 100% tested and verified during production. The filter element is available in 0.2, 0.45 and 0.65 micron configurations.
