MAGNEXFLO
Wine filtration system - clarification
MAGNEFLO provides greater filtration efficiency while respecting the nature of the wine, making it an ideal clarification solution. The heart of the system is a large MAGNEX filter element with a high colloidal retention capacity. The cartridge has a longer service life than traditional cartridges. These cartridges are also very easy to regenerate, increasing their lifespan.

Techniques for filtering wine during settling and in preparation for bottling are evolving, thanks to the study and implementation of new technologies that offer better performance and are easier to use.
are evolving thanks to the study and implementation of new technologies that offer better performance and are easier to use.
Until now, filtration using filtration aids such as diatomaceous earth, perlite and cellulose has been the traditional choice for most wineries.
for most wineries.
Today, these techniques are obsolete and have revealed their limitations:
- Danger of dust inhalation by operators
- High waste disposal costs
- Loss of product due to absorption of wine by adjuvants
- Particulate matter and heavy metals
- Oxidation of the wine, with a consequent change in organoleptic qualities
Features & Benefits
- MAGNEX is constructed from an innovative multilayer pleated polypropylene filter medium.
- The result is astonishing: difficult-to-treat wines with high turbidity are rapidly clarified and ready for bottling in a single pass through the MAGNEXFLO® system.
- This operation is carried out while maintaining the organoleptic characteristics of the wine, without softening it, without raising the temperature of the wine and while preserving its essential components.
