QUALI-HIGH-FLOW cartridges are high-flow pleated filter elements. The large filtering surface combined with the high porosity media give the QUALI-HIGH-FLOW cartridge minimal pressure drop and excellent retention capacity.
QUALI-HIGH-FLOW cartridges are assembled by heat welding (without glue) to guarantee maximum chemical compatibility and avoid the risk of contamination. Resistance to pressure and temperature is improved by the injected outer cage. Unlike existing technologies, this design gives the cartridge greater rigidity and avoids any deformation of the cartridge in the support basket. As a result, there are no longer any problems extracting the cartridge once it has been clogged.
The QUALI-HIGH-FLOW cartridge incorporates a draining grid upstream and downstream of the filter media to ensure the pleats are spaced apart. This design increases the life of the cartridge while maximising filtration flow.
