QUALI-CONTOUR-P-R filter cartridges are pleated filter elements Highflow type.

The large filtering surface combined with the high porosity media provide the QUALI-CONTOUR-P-R cartridge with minimal pressure drops and excellent retention capacities.

QUALI-CONTOUR-P-R filter cartridges are assembled by heat welding (without glue) in order to guarantee maximum chemical compatibility and to avoid contamination risks. Pressure and temperature resistance is improved thanks to the injected internal and external polypropylene cages. Unlike existing technologies, this design provides the cartridge with greater rigidity and avoids any deformation of the cartridge in the support basket. There are no more difficulties to extract the cartridge once it is clogged.

QUALI-CONTOUR-P-R filter cartridge integrates an upstream and downstream draining grid to guarantee the spacing between the folds. This assembly increases the life of the cartridge while maximizing the filtration rate.

QUALI-CONTOUR-P-R filter cartridges are available in 20’’, 40’’, 60’’ and 80’’.
